In Quebec and British Columbia our own crews apply the product, and that is the only way the warranty exists. In the other eight provinces the product ships but NX Canada does not install: application is arranged with an independent applicator.
Where does NX Canada apply?
The distinction is real and we state it plainly, because a homeowner in Calgary deserves a straight answer rather than a form.
Quebec and British Columbia
Our own crews apply the product. This is the only case where the warranty exists.
The other eight provinces
The product ships, but NX Canada does not install. Local application is arranged with an independent applicator.
Network applicators
The public directory is not open yet. Write to us with your city and we will tell you who covers your area, or whether our own crews handle it.
Do you apply coatings?
We are recruiting applicators and distributors who want to apply and resell the product in their own territory.

- Does NX Canada install everywhere in Canada?
- No. Our own crews apply in Quebec and British Columbia. Elsewhere the product ships but we do not install, and application is arranged with an independent applicator.
- Does the warranty apply if an independent applicator does the work?
- The warranty exists when our own crews apply the product. For any other situation, write to us before the work so you know exactly what applies to your case.
- How do I join the network as an applicator?
- Through the Become an applicator page. We mostly work with contractors buying volume for their own job sites.
